Oragna Figa" is said to be the earliest extant tune written by Mozart. (I do not have any independant verification of this. If anyone out there has documentation of the fact, let me know.)

However I was in a music ed class told that this song was written to nonsense words in order to emulate the Opera Singers. Mozart had supposedly just returned from his first opera, and not being able to understand the Italian, wrote this piece in "Ersatz" Italian. Zoltan Koday has written a harmony part.
