Here's a way to save our planet, save our planet, save our planet
verse 1. You can (ride your bike to school), ev'ry day!
You can (ride your bike) too, bike too, bike too,
You can (ride your bike) too, ev'ry day!
(each repetition these lines changes:
verse 2. pick up litter;
verse 3. plant a tree;
verse 4. Recycle cans and bottles)
Two lines face each other.
ON 1st VERSE lines step to each other on beat joining hand in a back and forth beat motion
ON 2nd VERSE lines clap and step back in their line. On "stepping down the alley
one child at line's end steps down the 'alley to the other end of opposite line "stylin'" to the beat!
ON 3rd VERSE, partner from opposite line copies first child's motion to end of opposite line
Line steps down 1 step and clap 3 times on “Down Down, all step down.”
ON THE 4th LINE, pairs drop hands and then stamp 3 times while turning
180 degrees in place to face a new partner.
THEN REPEAT the above for the next verse.
